Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport (CAI), you will be met by a representative of Better Adventures in the arrivals hall for the transfer to the hotel.

Enjoy a little bit of free time before we meet for a welcome reception & dinner at a local restaurant. 

Enjoy a continental breakfast at your hotel every morning of this program. 

Excursion: Grand Egyptian Museum

Visit the brand new Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) to learn about Ancient Egypt's rich history and come face-to-face with the treasures of this rich civilization, including the objects found in the tomb of Tutankhamun. 

Lunch is included at a local restaurant.

Excursion: Pyramids of Giza & the Sphinx

Experience the awe-inspiring Pyramids of Giza and the enigmatic Sphinx up close. 

Return to hotel for a little down time. Dinner is at leisure. The Tour Manager will offer restaurant recommendations.

Excursion: Cairo City Tour

Embark on a day of exploration, starting with a visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. Followed by a visit to the Citadel of Salah El Din, The Eastern Ayyubid Wall, Khayer-Bek Complex, and Cairo's most important mosques.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Excursion: Christian Cairo 

Discover the most unique collection of Cairo's historical churches and Coptic sites in the magnificent Old Cairo area.

Transfer: Cairo to Luxor

We take an early morning flight from Cairo to Luxor. 

Excursion: Karnak Temples Complex & Temple of Luxor 

After your arrival, visit the impressive Karnak Temples Complex, one of the largest temple complexes ever built. We end with a visit of the Temple of Luxor. We then board the Nile River cruiser.

Dinner is included on board the ship.

Excursion: Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut & Colossi of Memnon

Today, we’ll explore the West Bank of Luxor including the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. 

Lunch is served on board the ship. 

As we sail south to Edfu, enjoy the views and the afternoon at leisure.

Excursion: Edfu

This morning, visit the majestic Temple of Horus in Edfu. 

Enjoy lunch on board the ship.

Excursion: Kom Ombo

Explore the Temple of the Crocodile God.

Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing on board the Nile Cruise. Dinner is included.

Excursion: Edfu

Delve into history with visits to the impressive High Dam, the ethereal Philae Temple, and the intriguing Unfinished Obelisk. 

The afternoon is yours to enjoy an optional felucca ride around the islands in the Nile or the Agha Khan Mausoleum. 

Meet the group for a farewell dinner before we head back to Cairo.

Transfer: Aswan to Cairo

Today, we’ll catch our flight back to Cairo. Transfer you to your hotel. Check-in and relax. 

Evening time is yours to explore the city by night. Dinner on your own.

Check-out of your hotel and be transferred to the Cairo International Airport (CAI) for your travels home.
